As a certified birth doula, registered nurse in the emergency department since 2013, advanced cardiac life support instructor for adults and pediatrics, and above all a mama who loves the Lord, it is an absolute honor to serve others. It truly brings me so much joy to help people. I am grateful for my entire close-knit family and for being a mama to my son, nephew, and niece. I love encouraging others that God can turn loss, grief, and pain into purpose and give you peace through the hard things you may encounter in life.

Having polycystic ovarian syndrome led me to be super passionate about holistic health & wellness, naturopathic and functional medicine while respecting and appreciating the use of modern medicine when it is necessary. I love health education and teaching people about what they may encounter in their health and pregnancy/birth/postpartum journeys, and being able to be an advocate that can be trusted to honor and respect their personal choices.

After serving mamas having hospital births, natural home birth, and experiencing an emergency c-section with my own birth years ago, I value the different ways a baby can be safely brought into the world and love women feeling empowered and confident to do what works best for their family.
